Apply for Side Sewer Loan Program program

The Side Sewer Assistance Program provides income-eligible homeowners with interest free loans to repair their side sewer. This program is designed for owner-occupied, single family homes. This program does not provide the following:

  • Fast emergency sewer service
  • Maintenance service on sewer lines
  • Clearing or jetting the line
  • Installing only a liner
  • Reimbursement towards any repairs prior to loan documents being recorded

How to apply

  1. Eligibility and Account Creation

    You will give us your address and we will check to see if you are eligible for this program. You are encouraged to create an account and complete the rest of the application.

  2. Primary Applicant Information

    We will ask you to give us basic information about yourself.

  3. Additional Legal Owners and Property Information

    We will ask you who the legal property owners are and some additional information about the property.

  4. Household member information and Income

    We will ask you about all people living in your home. We will also ask for income documentation for all people over the age of 18 in your home.

  5. Demographics and Applicant Acknowledge

    In the final step we will ask you for optional demographic information. We will also ask you to sign the form to attest that all the information you shared is correct.
