Apply for Economic Displacement Relocation Assistance Program (EDRA) program

Eligible residents will receive a one-time payment from the City of Seattle of approximately 3 times their average monthly housing cost to assist with relocation expenses.

How to apply

  1. Review Program Overview & Provide Your EDRA Account Number

    Read the program overview and share your EDRA account number.

  2. Enter Your Household Information

    Share your household member details.

  3. Upload Your Household Income, Rental Agreement(s), & Notice of Rental Increases.

    Upload proof of your household income, rental agreements, and any notices of rent increases.

  4. Upload a Copy or Your Notice to Vacate

    Upload a copy of the notice you gave your landlord about moving out.

  5. Review your application information for accuracy, then submit
