To qualify for this program, your household income must be below the
following levels, based on household size.
Based on 200% of the U.S. Federal Poverty Level Threshold, adjusted
gross income.

  • 1 household member | $4,535 maximum monthly household income
  • 2 household members | $6,110 maximum monthly household income
  • 3 household members | $7,685 maximum monthly household income
  • 4 household members | $9,260 maximum monthly household income
  • 5 household members | $10,835 maximum monthly household income
  • 6 household members | $12,410 maximum monthly household income
  • 7 household members | $13,985 maximum monthly household income
  • 8 household members | $15,560 maximum monthly household income
  • 9 household members | $17,135 maximum monthly household income

Please enter a number greater than or equal to 1. "Household" means all the people who live with you and share in the expenses. If your household size changes frequently, please choose the household size that is most constant.

Provide the MONTHLY household income before taxes and deductions. Income should include all wages, earnings, and other household income. Do not enter a $ sign.
