You are required to attend a one-hour Planting and Care workshop at one of the following four locations prior to receiving your tree(s). We will deliver your tree(s) in October and November, after you have attended a workshop.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we, our personal and legal representatives, successors, assigns, heirs, estates, executors, administrators, next of kin and any other person or entity that may be entitled to make such a claim on our behalf (collectively, “related persons”), hereby waive, release, hold harmless, forever discharge and indemnify and defend the City of Seattle and its officers, directors, partners, owners, shareholders, governors, agents, servants, officials, employees, volunteers, successors, and assigns (collectively, “other persons”) from any claim, liability or demand of whatever kind or nature, either in law or in equity (including, without limitation, for personal injury, death or property loss or damage), that may arise in connection with, or relate in any way to, our (a) participation in the program, or (b) the planting of any trees donated to us by the City. *

I acknowledge that I must attend a Planting & Care workshop in order to receive awarded trees. If there’s any scheduling conflicts and I am unable to attend a workshop I will coordinate and discuss my options with the Trees for Neighborhoods Program Manager. *
